Lira, the brand of SpeakEasy Consulting LLC, is a premium executive communication coaching and consulting firm incorporated in Puerto Rico. Lira works with companies and professionals to close specific communication gaps that affect real business outcomes — not general language instruction. Examples: preparing executives for high-stakes presentations, negotiations, and cross-cultural client meetings; training IT teams to communicate technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders and international clients; helping companies with international operations align internal communication across markets; and coaching professionals relocating to Puerto Rico on local business norms, workplace etiquette, and register.
Lira is launching Cultural Fit: Puerto Rico Edition, a program built for companies and professionals relocating to or operating on the island. It goes beyond language lessons to address language and culture-in-context — local business norms, workplace etiquette, informal register, and the social and professional integration that determines whether a hire or relocation actually works long-term.
Lira also serves companies from different industries (particularly IT and Healthcare) with international operations through executive communication coaching, tailored communication programs, playbook development, and specific projects that target communication during presentations, negotiations, cross-cultural client meetings, and more.
Lira also runs ResiMatch, a tech-enabled program preparing international medical graduates for the U.S. residency match process, currently deployed with Universidad Central del Caribe.
